Se ofrece consultoría / asesoría en: la formulación, el diseño, y la presentación de proyectos arquitectónicos, acorde a las regulaciones o normas vigentes para edificar, para solicitar la licencia de construcción correspondiente ( Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, Norma Sismo-resistente, incluyendo las reglamentaciones para la protección contra el fuego en edificaciones, entre otras). La consultoría arquitectónica podrá llevarse a cabo por medios virtuales o de forma presencial (aplica solo para Pereira, y ciudades aledañas), lo cual, variará el costo del servicio. Puedes solicitar el servicio de consultoría en la caja de mensajes al final de esta página; su valor total deberá ser liquidado con anterioridad a la fecha de la reunión programada, para recibir la confirmación vía e-mail, y así la reunión se lleve a cabo. * Atención: En el caso que la asistencia del consultor a la reunión, resulte afectada por algún imprevisto, el cliente será informado, y el dinero será reintegrado; y si los interesados que solicitaron la reunión no asisten, y el consultor no es informado *por medios oficiales* del motivo de la ausencia, durante el día de la cita, el dinero de la sesión no será reintegrado.
